Hi, from Dehradun here! Can't tell you about bars in specific but a lot of hangout places are actually queer friendly. Upscale places at Rajpur road can be checked out + foxtrot/slygranny at ida hotel are nice too. Theres nothing queer in specific here but in all honesty, Dehradun is more about café culture than club culture. I suppose the great Indian pub is also okay-ish?. Although the name city of love is given because of the picturesque landscape, rich cultural heritage and very vibrant friendly people ; and not because of any love stories. The city had its first pride parade in ; not only this was the first for Dehradun but it was also the first for Uttarakhand. Please let me know in the comment section if you know about more hangout places there.
